SERENE EDUCATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Attendance date may be changed up to 2 weeks prior to attendance; thereafter a £200 cancellation and re-booking fee will be applicable.
• All attendees must sign a waiver form before starting the training.
• All payments are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of booking. Should you decide to cancel the booking, you would need to write to info@sereneeducation.com before the 7 day period has come to an end and return any products given to you by Serene Education Ltd where applicable.
• Bookings are fully transferable for six months from date of booking. If the course has not been attended within the six-month period following booking, all monies paid will be forfeited.
• Serene Education Ltd reserves the right to change training dates and location. . In the unlikely situation of the transfer and you have been given reasonable notice to allow you to make any changes so that you can attend the Workshop on the new date and / or venue – payments are non- refundable*.  
• Our training requires traders to trade off a Metatrader4 platform which is windows based           
• Balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the training date or on the day of the booking.
• Payments will be debited on or as close as possible to the dates on the agreed schedule of the Booking Form.
• Serene Education will not hold any credit card details on file
• Serene Education Ltd offers a no risk guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with what you have learned by lunch time on the first day of training and return all training materials received to the Workshop Instructor. Serene Education Ltd will give a full refund of monies paid less any applicable charges.
• This training course is run by Serene Education UK on behalf of the International company so all correspondence may be made to the United Kingdom based department at: Serene Education Ltd, Dothwill, Aberedw, Builth Wells, Wales, LD2 3SQ.

*Sometimes these changes are out of the control of Serene Education Ltd, such as: the venue promising to supply an internet connection at an adequate speed and then failing to provide the service. In cases such as these Serene Education Ltd will make every effort to secure another venue and date as close to the original as possible. If that is not possible, Serene Education will make a decision that they believe to be in the best interest of all students booked onto the workshop.
