You agree that the Trading Strategy provided by Serene Education Ltd is not transferable. Whoever activates and pays for the strategy is the only person that may access the download.
No credit card details will be help on file and no information will be shared or sold.
Subject to your acceptance of this Agreement with us, Serene Education Ltd will activate the Strategy upon completion of the registration process, payment and account validation/approval is completed. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email from Serene Education Ltd stating that a trading system is ready to download on your Forex trading account. You agree to immediately notify Serene Education Ltd of any unauthorised uses of this trading strategy or any other breaches of security. Serene Education Ltd cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Serene Education Ltd may amend or otherwise modify this Agreement at any time and without notice to you. You will be bound by the amended Agreement upon your continued use of the Services after the revised Agreement is posted on the Site. You may determine the date of posting at the Effective Date section at the end of this page.
This User Agreement was last modified on September 7, 2013 and is effective immediately.
